WIPA II

A White IPA collaboration brewed with Drake Scott, former brewer of Wolf Hills Brewing Co. and Stone Brewing Co.

This is a fan favorite IPA hopped with all Simcoe and fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast. It has a spicy citrusy aroma from the yeast, but all the delicious Simcoe hoppiness to round out the flavor!
